Sean Hannity Adds to Palm Beach Real Estate Portfolio with Another Townhouse Near Trump’s Mar-a-Lago

Conservative TV host Sean Hannity has further cemented his presence in Palm Beach’s luxury real estate market by acquiring a second townhouse on the South End of the island for $14.9 million.

This new acquisition sits right next door to another townhouse Hannity purchased back in 2021, marking it as his second documented property in the area. The transaction, which wasn’t publicly listed, was finalized on January 27 and officially recorded by the Palm Beach County Clerk’s office.

The expansive property spans almost two acres and offers 12,000 square feet of living space. Built in 1990, the residence includes eight bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms. In true Florida fashion, the estate features a pool, a dock with a recently installed seawall, and a rooftop observation deck that offers sweeping views of the surrounding scenery.

Inside, the home is outfitted for both comfort and sophistication. It includes a fireplace, a bar, a wine room, and an elevator. Initially listed in February for $29 million, it was later put back on the market in October for $25.95 million, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Listing photos show bright, airy spaces throughout the home, including a spacious kitchen with plenty of storage and casual dining space. The home’s large windows provide beautiful water views from the living room, dining area, and office.

Local agents note the home has been well cared for, though some luxury buyers may see it as a potential site for new development.

Hannity’s latest purchase follows the sale of his Long Island estate in Centre Island earlier this year. That nearly six-acre waterfront property was listed for $13.75 million and sold in June for $12.7 million in an all-cash deal to an enthusiastic supporter of Hannity.

Public records also reveal that Hannity recently acquired an ocean-to-lake estate at 1840 S. Ocean Blvd. for $23.5 million just before Thanksgiving. The Wall Street Journal first reported on Hannity’s purchase of the Manalapan property.

With these recent high-value buys, Hannity is steadily investing in prime waterfront real estate in Palm Beach County, just a few miles away from former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club. According to property records, Hannity’s newly purchased townhouse at 10 Sloan’s Curve Drive was sold by former U.S. Ambassador Clifford M. Sobel and his wife, Barbara.
